Johnny East, D.O.
Johnny was introduced to yoga in 2014. As a physician, board certified in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine, Johnny experienced a deep connection to yoga. In 2015, he completed his 200-hour RYT certification. While he teaches Yin yoga on occasion, mostly on retreats, his practice consists of yoga, handstands and functional movement. Johnny treats many yoga and sports-related injuries in his practice at Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine. With a doctor mindset and a body immersed in yoga, Johnny is able to better connect with patients to help them grow in their journey to recovery.
