Johnny East, D.O.

Johnny was introduced to yoga in 2014. As a physician, board certified in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine, Johnny experienced a deep connection to yoga. In 2015, he completed his 200-hour RYT certification. While he teaches Yin yoga on occasion, mostly on retreats, his practice consists of yoga, handstands and functional movement. Johnny treats many yoga and sports-related injuries in his practice at Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine. With a doctor mindset and a body immersed in yoga, Johnny is able to better connect with patients to help them grow in their journey to recovery.

Jessica East

Jessica started practicing yoga in 2004 and has been sharing her love of yoga ever since. She knew she was destined to teach, and completed a 200-hour teacher training in 2009.  Today she teaches an energetic vinyasa flow that is both invigorating & approachable. Through breath, asana and music, she creates a fun space to play and find freedom from fear and resistance. She travels the world to learn from other yogis, and lead yoga retreats and is continuously inspired by the incredible folks she meets along the way. Off the mat, Jessica is a wife, mom, healthy food fanatic, and part time marketing and events consultant. Jessica is a an E-RYT and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP®).
